We are seeking a Software Release Manager to join our team in supporting a Software Development and Support program utilizing ServiceNow's Enterprise Service Management (ESM) platform for a Federal agency.

Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen with the ability to pass a background check and receive a Public Trust clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in software release management, with a proven track record of managing complex software releases.
  • ITIL v3 and/or ITIL v4 Certification(s) is highly preferred.
  • ServiceNow Certification(s) in various modalities is highly desirable.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, schedule, and manage software releases across multiple teams and disciplines.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently, particularly under tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and technologies, with a continuous improvement mindset.
