Requirements
- Experience in Release Management
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices
- Hands-on experience with software deployment activities in enterprise environments
- Strong ability to synchronise activities between development, support, and infrastructure teams
- Experience coordinating releases across multiple teams and international partners
- Ability to work independently, proactively solve problems, and learn new skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, with a proactive and structured approach to work
- Knowledge of service management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence or similar)
