Senior IT Business Systems Analyst

We are looking for a Senior IT Business Systems Analyst to manage small to mid-size projects, analyze business requirements, and develop functional specifications. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of functional experience in Business Analysis or a related field and 2 years of project management experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline
• At least 6 years of functional experience in Business Analysis or related field is required
• At least 2 years of project management experience
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to present technical matters in a simple, clear and concise manner to the targeted audience
• Experience with HR, Benefits, Health & Safety, Payroll or T&A systems is highly desirable
• Experience with MS Power BI development is a plus
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Knowledge of industry ticketing, and testing tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow or similar)
• Knowledge of main IT Systems integration concepts
• Familiarity with IT Server features and settings
• Strong interpersonal skills and understanding of cultural differences and ability to impact across cultures
• Excellent business communication and change management skills, ability to work with those who use English as a primary or secondary language
• Strong creative, conceptual and analytical thinking, ability to consider the wider consequences of each decision
• ITIL certification or PMP certification required
• Proficiency in SQL programming
• IT Cyber Security or IT Audit certificate is advantage
• Fluent English in both verbal and written communication
• Ability to speak German language is an advantage
