Requirements
- Develop and maintain key performance metrics and dashboards in Power BI and ServiceNow
- Analyze internal and customer impacting operational processes and create requirements documentation
- Create and maintain customer facing knowledgebase articles
- Plan, track, and manage program and project timelines
- Coordinate with regional Delivery Managers and the Automation Manager
