Sales Director - Federal Customer Workflows

As a Sales Director - Federal Customer Workflows, you will lead a team of direct CRM Solutions Sales Executives to drive new business sales growth in the Federal Sector. You will build and drive sales strategy, recruit and coach team members, and manage accurate forecasts and pipeline.

Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• Extensive track record of new business sales success including presentation and negotiation skills within industry and at C Level
• Strong success in recruiting, coaching and managing an exceptional sales team

Benefits

• base pay of $167,900 - $207,050, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits
