The Information Security Team Lead is responsible for oversight of Access Provisioning and Inquiry teams in Krakow office. They will monitor team's performance, organize coverage for queues, ensure timely updates of documentation, and run random quality checks to ensure error discovery and adherence to security protocols.
Requirements
- BS/BA degree or equivalent job experience
- Experience with ServiceNow, SailPoint, or relevant Access provisioning/Identity Access management experience or/and Client Support work experience.
- ITIL certificate is a plus
- Cyber security related certification is a plus.
