Senior AppOps Engineer

ISG is a dynamic global construction services company. We are looking for a Senior AppOps Engineer to join our team and work on exciting new products. The role requires a dynamic work ethic with a deep technical background to ensure critical applications are running smoothly, efficiently, and securely.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, ServiceNow, SmartSource, and Workday
• Strong scripting and automation skills
• In-depth understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, security, and system administration
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Strong communication skills
• Extensive experience with Azure Application Services and Integration Hub
• Solid SQL skills and experience with database management, optimization, and troubleshooting
• Experience with Power BI, including data modelling, report building, and dashboard creation
• Proven experience with integration technologies, APIs, and web services
