- Experience and Java and SQL/PLSQL
- ITIL Certification
- Automation and Deployment
- Exposure in ServiceNow Portal and organizational change procedures.
- Experience in troubleshooting code and database and provide/suggest fixes
- Experience in providing support for complex applications in a multi country deployment
- Excellent Communication skills – written and verbal
- Should be open for working in shifts and provide weekend support.
