Senior DevOps Engineer

Join our Cloud Delivery Team as a Senior DevOps Engineer and contribute to the writing and maintenance of Infrastructure as Code, develop automation scripts, and support the building and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines. As a member of our team, you will work closely with team members to ensure scripts align with operational policies and are scalable, maintainable, and effectively reduce manual workload.

Requirements

• Ability to utilise Azure DevOps for CI/CD workflows, including source code management, build automation, and release orchestration.
• Has worked in a DevOps culture and understands the agile delivery principles and quality software engineering processes and practice.
• Knowledge of cloud security and networking best practices and compliance requirements is required.
• Background in developing and managing cloud infrastructure on the Microsoft Azure platform (other platforms including AWS desirable).
• Strong experience with using Infrastructure as Code tools such as ARM and Bicep templates, Powershell scripting. Terraform and Cloud Formation template knowledge desirable.
• Integrating with REST APIs such as those used by ServiceNow and M365 products.
• Excellent teamworking and communication skills.
• Strong problem - solving skills exhibiting attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
