NN Insurance Hungary is looking for a Senior IT Process Management Expert to join their team. The position involves operating IT operational processes, coordinating service management, and leading continuous improvement activities.
Requirements
- Min. 5+ years of experience as an IT Service Delivery/IT Process Management/IT Operations Management or similar role.
- Fluent English language knowledge.
- Previous experience with ITIL, ServiceNow and ServiceNow CSDM.
- Basic knowledge of Power BI.
- High level of logical thinking, ability of synthetic and analytical thinking; advanced negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of analytical skills and prioritization methodologies.
- Proactive, positive and solution focused personality.
