ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Success to lead the Customer Outcomes team and accelerate platform adoption and improve customer results. The role involves acting as an advocate for customers, leading a team to improve technical health, deployment, and adoption activities, and managing a portfolio of accounts to hit goals and drive overall customer success.
Requirements
- 7+ years of related work experience; OR equivalent work experience
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Ability to be creative, comfortable running projects independently
- Desire to solve complex issues through analysis and resolution
- Experience leading high functioning teams
- Completed appropriate ServiceNow and other appropriate industry or functional certifications (e.g. Customer Success)
- Native level in Japanese and Fluency in English
- Must be authorized to work in Japan
