As a Senior Manager, Project Management, Workday and Recruitment Platforms at Walmart Global People, you will lead efforts to sustain, maintain, and enhance recruiting platforms, with a focus on Workday Recruiting and other internal recruitment tools. You will own the full lifecycle of Workday Recruiting, manage prioritization of requests, communicate with stakeholders, and collaborate with Technical Program Managers, Engineering, and Product teams.
Requirements
- Experience in HR technology and program delivery, preferably in a large or matrixed organization
- Strong understanding of Workday Recruiting and how changes impact operational workflows
- Proven experience gathering requirements and bridging business and technical teams
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, Wrike or other ticketing/project management tools
- Ability to work across multiple recruiting models, including hourly, salaried, early talent, and executive hiring
- High comfort level managing competing priorities and influencing alignment among stakeholders and support partners
- Strong communication skills—confident with executive-level updates and technical translation
- Experience supporting change management, training, and rollout strategies
