Senior MDM Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled MDM Tier 3 Engineer with a strong background in Ivanti MobileIron to join our team. This role requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role, managing and maintaining mobile device management (MDM) solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role, managing MDM and endpoint solutions.
• Strong expertise in Ivanti MobileIron, including sentry server upgrades and policy management.
• Experience with Intune mobile management and desktop/laptop software deployment.
• Deep knowledge of access as a service, certificate management, and security protocols.
• Proficiency in Okta integration and troubleshooting.
• Strong experience with group policy management (GPOs), DHCP, and DNS.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with global teams.
• Experience using ServiceNow for tracking and documenting incidents and resolutions.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate and lead maintenance activities.
