Senior Ops Engineer – IPA Ops @ING Hubs Romania

Senior Ops Engineer – IPA Ops @ING Hubs Romania responsible for monitoring, supporting, and running the IPA service, implementing and working with the latest tooling, and collaborating with Dev and Ops engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering / operations experience
• Advanced knowledge on CI/CD and experience with Git, Python, Ansible, Linux (RedHat Enterprise Linux 7 or 8), Shell scripting and working experience with JVM based applications
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools such as Jenkins
• Familiarity with Grafana and tools for alerting like Prometheus
• Basic understanding of the ELK Stack and how to interact with it
• Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, ServiceNow
• Experience or affinity with IT Risk & Security concepts
• IT Operations/Support experience, including Functional support to end users (such as Traders, Risk Managers, Collateral Managers but could be in another domain/field) combined with analytical skills to identify root causes in workflows incidents (data, technical, functional)
• Customer focus, with the mindset to find and resolve root causes of incidents to structurally improve the customer experience
• Good team player, cross functional, enjoys interacting with people of all levels in a multicultural environment
• Proactive and attentive to other’s needs
