Mastercard is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Technical to drive the internal customer experience strategy forward in Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) area. The ideal candidate is passionate about understanding business needs and working with technology teams to deliver solutions.
Requirements
- Ability to work closely with technical program managers, software engineers, internal business partners to define business requirements and specifications
- Strong ability to use the Working Backwards process to drive innovation and problem-solving
- Ability to decompose requirements into user stories, prioritize the backlog, and define acceptance criteria
- Expertise in the domain and ability to innovate on behalf of internal customers
- Proven track record of data-driven decision making and applying continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience in agile delivery methodologies and ability to lead team through elaboration sessions
- Ability to ensure features, stories, and documentation are clear and easily consumable by other engineering teams
- High degree of initiative and self-motivation with a willingness to learn and take on challenging opportunities
- Experience with ServiceNow product is a plus
