We're looking for a Senior SaaS Systems Administrator to join our global SaaS Systems Administration team in Auckland. You will have the opportunity to drive adoption of the latest and greatest IT and SaaS technologies while supporting the organisation's growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Service Desk technology and ITIL/ITSM
  • 5+ years of experience in a system administration role
  • Experience with Google Workspace, JAMF Mobile Device Management (MDM), OneLogin Identity and Access Management (IAM), helpdesk ticketing systems (ServiceNow, JIRA), and other applicable software services
  • Experience supporting large environments of Macbooks and Windows users with an ability to troubleshoot issues patiently
  • Experience in troubleshooting complex network environments
  • Strong knowledge of networking principles and protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and QoS.
  • Experience in designing and implementing robust enterprise environments using cloud infrastructure and SaaS services
  • Experience in designing and maintaining an enterprise server infrastructure and services
  • Programming experience with low-code / no-code environments
  • Programming experience with Bash, Python and/or Powershell
  • Proven experience in planning, implementing, and maintaining various technology components to meet business requirements.
