As a Senior SAP H2R domain architect, you will be responsible for SNCB's SAP and non-SAP IT architecture within the End-to-end processes for Human Resource Management. You will lead meetings with senior business managers, convince a team of senior business users, and work closely with SAP consultants.
Requirements
- At least 15 years hands-on experience in implementing HR processes in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors in large Belgian public enterprises (+20,000 employees)
- In-depth solution knowledge on SAP ECC HCM, S4HANA Time, and SAP SuccessFactors (all modules)
- Strong knowledge and skills of project management methodology and experience in working with ServiceNow, Jira & Xray, ADOIT Enterprise Architecture, ARIS BPM, and Solution Manager
