We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to work remotely as an expert for a major European Institution. The successful candidate will lead the architecture design of ServiceNow solutions, oversee the implementation of SPM/APM modules, and provide guidance on ServiceNow Common Service Data Model implementation.
Requirements
- University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of minimum 11 years
- More than 5 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation, with at least 2 years focused on SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management)/APM (Application Portfolio Management) module implementations
- Extensive experience with workflow automation, data modelling, and customization within the ServiceNow platform
- Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP APIs
- Knowledge of Agile methodology and experience in iterative solution design and delivery (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban etc)
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA), and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in SPM/APM is considered an asset
