Senior Service Desk Specialist with ServiceNow experience to support client-facing strategic initiatives, refine the strategic vision for IT Service Management, and perform high-visibility or mission-critical tasks independently.

Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must have a Minimum Active DoD Secret Clearance.
  • 4 years ServiceDesk experience, preferably with ServiceNow
  • Must have valid / current certification meeting IAT Level II requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • ITIL v4 Foundation Certification preferred
