Senior ServiceNow Technical Administrator

We're seeking a Team Leader with Senior Technical Administrator skills in our Service Transformation Lab who will drive the creation of innovative solutions for our colleagues' journeys engaging with IT; working in conjunction with our developers, analysts and Architects across all ServiceNow modules; to design, develop and support solutions that further platform capability and exploitation as an enterprise suite, in a highly collaborative, Agile environment.

Requirements

• Career Background: Self-motivated with a consistent track record at a senior level within ServiceNow development
• Commercial experience of working within an agile engineering environment
• Broad knowledge of ServiceNow modules as this role requires a well-rounded view of platform capability and the way they can interact
• Process and solution integration, including an understanding of workflow design/configuration including Event Flow Handler
• Solid grasp of API, JSON, MID Servers and associated technologies that can/do integrate with ServiceNow
• Experience of ServiceNow implementations
