The Senior Solution Sales Executive will oversee market success of ServiceNow's Customer Workflows products. The role involves developing a sales strategy, arranging and conducting initial executive and CxO discussions, and presenting the Customer Workflows offering to prospects, customers, and partners. The successful candidate will have experience in leveraging AI into work processes, solution sales, and CRM or CX solution-related business processes.

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • Experience in solution sales, preferably within a Customer Service Management / CRM / CX / CPaaS vendor.
  • An understanding of the CRM or CX solution-related business processes.
