Senior Systems Engineer (ServiceNow - CSDM)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer with expertise in the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and its associated taxonomy. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ServiceNow and possess data analysis capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science)
• 4 – 6 years of related experience
• Masters Degree Computer science, information systems, or similar field preferred
• Proficient in ServiceNow
• Experience with Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and its taxonomy
• Understanding of CMDB terms, relationships, and functions
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis
• Ability to utilize relational data models effectively
• Intermediate - Seeks to acquire knowledge in area of specialty
• Ability to identify basic problems and procedural irregularities, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Ability to work independently
• Demonstrated analytical skills
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Demonstrates a high level of accuracy, even under pressure
• Demonstrates excellent judgment and decision making skills
• ITIL 4 Foundations Certified preferred
