Senior Technical Consultant (ITAM) is responsible for configuring ServiceNow Platform based on leading practices to provide solutions that achieve customer outcomes. The role involves participating in workshops with customers, designing and delivering ServiceNow ITAM solutions, and providing oversight and unit testing of code developed by partner or customer employees.
Requirements
- 8+ years experience as part of a professional services organization; or equivalent education/experience
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Domain expertise in ITAM
- ServiceNow certifications in aligned workflow
- Must be fluent in Japanese
- Must be authorized to work in Japan
