As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for configuring ServiceNow Platform to provide customer outcomes, participating in workshops, designing and delivering solutions, and advising customers on how to take advantage of the platform's capabilities. The role requires experience in leveraging AI, industry domain expertise in TSOM, and ServiceNow certifications.

Requirements

  • 8+ years experience as part of a professional services organization; or equivalent education/experience
  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
  • Industry domain expertise in TSOM (Telecom Service Operation Management)
  • Native level in Japanese
  • Must be authorized to work in Japan
