Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of overall experience
- Minimal 3 years of experience in supporting enterprise level Cisco network devices and tools
- Experience working in an ITIL Service Management environment, with tools such as ServiceNow
- Ability to communicate both in English and Japanese at business level
- Cisco CCNA or equivalent certificate on network engineering skill is a plus
