Service Analytics Reporting Analyst | S2 | CIO

We are seeking a Service Analytics Reporting Analyst to join our team in Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the consistent generation of I.T. Operations Reporting and quality control and analysis of data for trend or anomaly.

Requirements

• Experience working with and generating large and complex reports to many different business stakeholders and departments
• Understanding of working with reporting in a highly regulated and controlled environment
• Experience working with PowerBI and ServiceNow, and the generation and production of data structured reports
• High levels of attention to detail and data assurance
• Inquisitive nature in company wide data analysis, ability to question data anomalies with confidence
• Experience of assisting with compliance on applicable reporting regulations, standards, and frameworks
