ArcelorMittal is looking for a Service Management Leader to oversee and manage transversal Service Management teams, services and value realization. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, ITIL practical experience and certification, and experience working in ServiceNow ITSM tools.

- Strong leadership skills and people management experience
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and summarize status to senior executive level
- Creative and strategic thinking
- Adapt and work effectively with a variety of situations and groups
- Proactive and takes initiative and ownership
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- 3+ years in an ITSM leadership role
- ITIL practical experience and certification
- Demonstrated success in partnering with IT management and team members to deploy ITSM in an iterative manner over time
- Experience working in ServiceNow ITSM tools and utilizing strong analytical skills
