As a Service Manager at Truston, you will be responsible for delivering and managing service delivery to customers in the pension market. You will monitor processes, set up and register incidents, and ensure operational continuity and quality.

Requirements

  • Experience at a Managed Services and/or a management organization
  • Knowledge and practical experience with ITIL processes
  • Experience with ITSM application(s), preferably ServiceNow
  • Experience with audit processes and the demonstrable existence and operation
