As a Service Manager at Truston, you will deliver and manage service delivery to customers in the pension market, monitoring processes and incidents, and ensuring compliance with agreed-upon processes and SLAs.
Requirements
- Experience at a Managed Services and/or a management organization
- Knowledge and practical experience with ITIL processes
- Experience with ITSM applications, preferably ServiceNow
- Experience with audit processes and demonstrating existence and operation
- Experience with managing customer expectations
- Experience in effectively de-escalating situations
- Experience in improving processes
- Knowledge of pension processes (preference)
