As a Service Manager at Truston, you will deliver and manage service delivery to customers in the pension market, monitoring processes and incidents, and ensuring compliance with agreed-upon processes and SLAs.

Requirements

  • Experience at a Managed Services and/or a management organization
  • Knowledge and practical experience with ITIL processes
  • Experience with ITSM applications, preferably ServiceNow
  • Experience with audit processes and demonstrating existence and operation
  • Experience with managing customer expectations
  • Experience in effectively de-escalating situations
  • Experience in improving processes
  • Knowledge of pension processes (preference)
