Service Now Administrator

The ServiceNow Administrator gathers requirements, designs, and helps build the ServiceNow platform for organizational uses while working closely with the Enterprise Environments team. This highly visible role will involve a wide range of additional duties including creating and delivering platform demos, daily/weekly/monthly maintenance, upgrades, updates, researching new functionality for use with the platform, and license management.

Requirements

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Certification
• Associates Degree or technical degree
• Two (2) years of managing and administering software platforms, including ITSM, SaaS, or enterprise host and resource applications
• Two (2) years of Operations experience
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues
• Ability to learn rapidly and to apply formal training to new software environment
• Ability to work independently as needed
• Ability to function in dynamic environment subject to changes in schedules and priorities
• Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with peer, leadership and customers
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and customer/vendor relationship management
