We are looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect to support our growth in the DACH region, responsible for leading solution implementation projects, technical and business design, and managing client teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in IT or Customer support organizations
- 1-3 years' experience working as a technical consultant or business analyst in the delivery implementation of ServiceNow
- Good understanding of SQL, XML, and web-based technologies
- 1+ years' experience in implementing and aligning business processes to the ITIL best practices
- Fluency in German and English (must-have), another European language would be an asset
- Availability to travel within Europe
