We are seeking a ServiceNow Administrator to manage and optimize our ServiceNow environment, ensuring seamless operations, configuration, and enhancements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow administration, with experience in ITSM, ITOM, or other modules.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator
- Hands-on experience with ITSM, ITOM, or similar modules
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices, workflows, and automation
- Familiarity with scripting (JavaScript, Glide, etc.)
- Experience with system upgrades and patches
