Sr Developer - ServiceNow

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Engineer to join its growing development team. The successful candidate will design and build solutions within the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on the ITSM module and using the platform's full capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on ITSM
• Understanding of ServiceNow architecture, including tables, relationships, workflows, and security
• Experience with JavaScript (client-side and server-side) and related technologies (e.g., AngularJS, jQuery)
• Experience developing custom applications and integrations within ServiceNow
• Experience configuring and customizing ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, and Request)
• Experience with REST APIs, SOAP, and other integration methods
• Good English language skills
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Experience with other ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITOM, CSM, HR)
• Experience with scripting languages other than JavaScript (e.g., PowerShell)
• Experience with performance tuning and optimization of ServiceNow instances
