We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Administrator to join our team in Dallas, Texas. The ServiceNow Administrator will play a primary role in the management and oversight of our ServiceNow environments.

Requirements

  • Design, implement, and configure solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Consult with service leaders, business process / product owners, customers, users and other stakeholders to develop and analyze customer requirements
  • Collaborate with members of project teams to ensure successful, technically sound projects that are completed on time and budget
  • Track, prioritize, and implement enhancement requests and defect corrections, while leveraging structured Change Management processes
  • Deliver ServiceNow application support and operations to include usage & data integration monitoring, user / role MACD, code migrations, replications, patching, and upgrades
  • Create and maintain system design, procedures, and operations documentation (as needed)
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to other associates & users as necessary
  • Minor development of ServiceNow apps, including modification to existing ITSM modules
  • Perform regular ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB maintenance

Requirements Summary

At least 3+ years of ServiceNow platform experience, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification required, ITIL V4 Foundation certification preferred
