Requirements

• Administer and optimize ServiceNow platform
• Configure and customize workflows, business rules, and integrations
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement sustainable solutions
• Utilize scripting and automation to integrate ServiceNow with external systems
• Support governance, risk, and security modules
• Oversee IT operations management and strategic portfolio management
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders in an Agile and DevOps environment
