ServiceNow Application Developer

Leidos is seeking a ServiceNow Application Developer to support an enterprise IT program. The selected candidate will work within a team environment supporting multiple stakeholders at the client's location, analyzing, developing, and maintaining proposed system modification, upgrades, and interfaces with external systems.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance
• Bachelors degree and 12+ years of experience
• Demonstrated experience developing applications on the ServiceNow platform
• Demonstrated experience developing, designing, deploying, operating, and maintaining applications on AWS cloud infrastructure
• Demonstrated experience with developing and designing ServiceNow software solutions using Javascript, HTML, or CSS programming languages
• Demonstrated experience with developing and designing MySQL databases for ServiceNow platform integration
• Demonstrated experience with the development of system integration and process automation
• Demonstrated experience coordinating and performing upgrades to ServiceNow Instance
• Demonstrated experience with creation of ServiceNow reports and dashboards
• Demonstrated experience delivering products via Agile software development methods
• Demonstrated experience configuring ServiceNow components including process workflows, forms, approval processes, dashboards, and reports
• Demonstrated experience integrating ServiceNow sign-on methods with LDAP or PKI certificates
• Demonstrated experience evaluating existing ServiceNow deployments and identifying potential improvements or issues
• Demonstrated experience participating in Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) and Requirements meetings to elicit business requirements from end users
• Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into technical requirements
• Demonstrated experience communicating requirements to relevant stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience deploying applications on Linux servers
• Demonstrated experience deploying authorized application plugins in ServiceNow
