We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect with deep expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Asset Management and IT Operations. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow modules, be proficient in development and configuration, and can prescribe and architect solutions for complex IT challenges.
Requirements
- 7 years of IT experience, with a focus on ITSM, IT Operations, and Infrastructure.
- 7 years of experience in ServiceNow development, architecture, and configuration.
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow modules, including: Asset Management (HAM/SAM), Configuration Management (CMDB), Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Event Management.
