Devoteam is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to design and implement innovative solutions for clients. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect and a strong understanding of the platform's capabilities and best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform's capabilities and best practices
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, configuration, integration, administration
- Experience in the design and implementation of ServiceNow security architecture
- Ability to design a platform operating model
- Involvement in environment and platform health support (performance, manageability, usability, scalability, upgradability, and security)
- Certification advantage: Hold relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, ITIL V4)
