We are looking for a senior ServiceNow architect to take responsibility for the architecture and act as a gatekeeper in our transformation from Cherwell to ServiceNow. The position is a central role as a link between business, IT, and suppliers in a large, strategic program.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with ServiceNow - preferably as an architect or in a similar role
- Experience with service management, ITIL, and ITSM tools
- Relevant education in IT - e.g. bachelor or candidate - but most importantly is your practical experience with complex technical solutions
