We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Business Consultant to shape the future of digital transformation. You will analyze business processes and translate them into effective solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of practical experience with ServiceNow implementations or improvement projects
  • 5+ years of relevant ServiceNow consultancy experience
  • ServiceNow System Administrator certification or a strong commitment to achieving this
  • In-depth functional knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB)
  • ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4) certification or the willingness to obtain this
  • Proven experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment
  • Strong understanding of Performance Analytics, ATF (Automated Test Framework), SACM implementations, and CMDB setup (a plus)
