ServiceNow CMDB & Discovery Analyst

The ServiceNow CMDB & Discovery Analyst plays a critical role in the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the organization's Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and ServiceNow Discovery capabilities. This role ensures accurate, up-to-date configuration data and effective integration of authoritative data sources to support IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, STEM, Business, Communications or a relevant field
• Familiarity with ServiceNow CSDM and IT use-case design patterns
• Proven experience in configuration management and CMDB administration
• In-depth knowledge of CMDB concepts, methodologies, and best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams and organizational levels
• Valid driver’s license
