Maintain the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and oversee data governance, structure, and relationships. Improve incident and problem management, streamlining change processes, and aligning IT infrastructure with strategic business goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in managing a CMDB in ServiceNow
- Experience building CMDB in the technology industry or within technical groups within a large, global organisation
- Experience with ServiceNow configuration management and Service Mapping
- A strong understanding of IT infrastructure and data management principles
