Requirements

• Deliver consulting mission supporting customers in the definition of their overall architecture, design, implementation and integrity of the ServiceNow platform
• Propose optimization suggestions to follow the evolution of new features offered by ServiceNow and respect current best practices
• Participates in gathering business requirements through a variety of techniques (e.g., facilitated workshops, work sessions and interviews) and prototyping business solutions
