ServiceNow Developer - HRSD

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with mid-level experience to support customer environment operations. The position involves designing, building, and customizing ServiceNow applications and services.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship
• Must be eligible for DoD Secret Clearance and be able to obtain DHS Suitability
• Knowledge of ServiceNow development principles, methods, and techniques
• Experience with gathering requirements, database design schemas, and data modeling
• Experience with process and solution integration, workflow design/configuration, and reporting
• Experience with Integration components (SSO, LDAP, e.g.) and web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, and Web Services)
• Experience with LDAP Integration, ServiceNow Development APIs, and diagnosing performance related issues
• Experience with implementing and configuring ServiceNow products and capabilities
• Experience with ServiceNow customizations including UI Policies, UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, workflow administration, and data import
