ServiceNow Developer

As a ServiceNow Developer, you’ll be responsible for the technical design, development and integration of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems.

Requirements

• 4+ years ServiceNow experience in development
• Experience in developing custom applications within ServiceNow
• Experience with ServiceNow applications and modules: ITSM, ITAM, ITBM and ITOM
• Experience with Service Catalog and Service Portals, Virtual Agent, as well as building out API integrations and case exchange
• ITIL best practices in ServiceNow with a focus on ITSM solutions
• Previous experience and knowledge of working within an Agile environment
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence tools to document and maintain the team’s development procedures
• Certifications: ITIL, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or Certified Application Developer
