We are seeking a ServiceNow EA Module Expert to configure, implement, and optimize the ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture module, including its integration with other ServiceNow modules. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in configuring, implementing, and optimizing the ServiceNow EA module, as well as a strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience in configuring, implementing, and optimizing the ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture module
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF
- Ability to create and maintain accurate and comprehensive enterprise architecture models within ServiceNow
- Proficiency in using ServiceNow EA visualization tools to communicate complex architectural information to stakeholders
- Experience in integrating the ServiceNow EA module with other ServiceNow modules and external systems
- Ability to automate EA processes using ServiceNow workflows and scripting
