ServiceNow Functional Team Lead

Requirements

• Master's degree and 6 years or Bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant experience leading IT implementations
• Experience overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, including defining project scope, allocating resources, and monitoring progress
• Experience leading a small team of business analysts
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ITIL Foundation certification
• Active TS/SCI is required and must be able to obtain polygraph
