Design and implement robust, secure IT systems at PwC, with a focus on infrastructure engineering, network architecture, and cloud computing. Create dashboards, reports, and workflows, and ensure data quality in the CMDB.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science (EFZ, Bachelor or similar)
- Experience in web technologies (JavaScript, XML, DHTML, etc.)
- Experience in working with the ServiceNow platform
- Experience in programming/scripting in the SNOW modules related to ITSM
- Knowledge of ITSM processes and ITIL V4
- Experience in writing test plans, test scripts, test cases, and documenting test results
