- Proven experience in large-scale ServiceNow implementations and ongoing operational management and road mapping
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Strong business acumen and familiarity with relevant business functions and work processes
- Strong leadership experience, proven track record in leading high performing global teams
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g, Business, Computer Science, or Engineering)
- ServiceNow based certifications and other relevant industry certifications
