ServiceNow Senior Technical Architect

O-I is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Technical Architect to join their Global Emerging and Collaboration Technologies team. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding business needs, communicating those to technical resources, and validating delivered solutions meet business needs. They will also be responsible for developing and validating business requirements for new functionality or enhancements, and driving consistency across platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, MIS, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of working in IT, as a liaison between IT and the Business, or in a similar position.
• Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) or 5+ years of ServiceNow experience required
• ServiceNow CTA (Certified Technical Architect) preferred
• Prefer 2+ years working with ServiceNow flows, app engine, integration hub, enhancements, and defects or 5+ years administration in a similar SaaS platform
